Welcome to usrishtey.com, your ideal matchmaking platform. This Agreement outlines the legally binding terms of your membership and use of the Site. Usrishtey.com has the right to change this Agreement at any moment. The membership and entry rights are reserved.

The Site is not a casual dating site, but rather a serious matchmaking platform for finding a life partner for marriage.

Usrishtey.com is an advertising platform delivering tailored advertising services for matching partnerships and replaces the conventional newspaper classified. The Site is for individual members' personal use to market and promote their profiles in order to locate appropriate matches, and it cannot be used for any commercial purposes.

Any person can access this website for free, however there are different premium membership plans also available such as Gold, Diamond and Platinum Plans. These membership plans offer different additional benefits/services.

Acceptance of Agreement of Terms of Use

You must register as a member on the Website/community sites/mobile applications in order to access the Usrishtey.com Service. This Agreement is a legally binding electronic contract that you must accept in order to use the Site and become a "Member." For the purposes of this Agreement, "Member" refers to a person who willingly provides information to the Site, whether as a free or paid member, and "User" refers to a person who actively uses the Site to promote his or her profile for the purpose of matching.

You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service through this agreement.  Read these Terms of Utilize and follow the instructions in the registration procedure if you want to become a Member and promote/ market your profile to other Members and use the Usrishtey.com service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, display, and use of your personally identifiable information, including sensitive personal data, such as financial data if you paid for our paid membership, identity proofs if submitted, religion, and so on, to provide the Service. If you have any objections to the collection/processing of your personal data, we advise you not to register with our Site.

If you wish to withdraw your consent or if you object to the continued collection or storage of your personal information, you must stop using our service and deactivate your account by writing an email to usrishtey1@gmail.com from your registered email address.

Eligibility

• You must be of legal marriageable age in US to register as a Member of usrishtey.com or use this Site (currently, 18 years is the eligible age, except the state of Nebraska where it is 19 or Mississippi where the marriage age is 21).
• You also agree that you are looking for a life partner and will not use this site for casual dating. You also agree to abide by all of this Agreement's terms and conditions. If Usrishtey believes or has reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, usrishtey.com reserves the right to terminate your right to use the service/ terminate your membership immediately without refunding any portion of your unutilized subscription fee.
• By using this Site, you accept that the system's match mailings or match search results are based on the partner choice information you provided in your profile.
• The purpose of the usrishtey.com website is to promote personal advertisements for legitimate marriage alliances between people who are legally competent to marry under the laws in their jurisdiction. Wherever it is illegal, membership in the Service is invalid.
• By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented from entering into matrimony by any applicable law currently in force, or any order, decree, or injunction from any court, tribunal, or other competent authority.

Validity of the Agreement

• This Agreement will be in existence, valid, and enforceable for as long as you use our website.
• By writing to Usrishtey.com, you may cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. You will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription costs, if any, paid by you if you discontinue your membership, unless otherwise guaranteed in writing.
• The term of the paid membership would be determined by the type of membership chosen.
• Usrishtey.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, including but not limited to breaching the terms of service, using the service for commercial purposes, or engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address you provided in your membership application or such other email address as you may later provide to Usrishtey.com. You will not be entitled to a refund of any Subscription fees paid by you if Usrishtey.com terminates your membership due to a breach of this Agreement.

Use by the Members

The terms of use by the members are given as follows-

• Usrishtey.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict or suspend your free access to its website based on a review of the member's activities, status, or any other factors Usrishtey.com considers appropriate, with prior notice to you.
• On our site, multiple profiles of the same individual are not permitted. Usrishtey.com maintains the right to terminate any and all multiple profiles at any time without refunding subscription payments.
• It is strongly recommended that you upload a copy of your driver's license, passport, or other government-issued identification to your profile.
• Usrishtey.com retains the right to check the activity and status of any account at any time and to deny access to a member based on such evaluation.
• You hereby confirm that you have no objection to receiving emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and phone calls from Usrishtey.com and its members as long as you are a registered member of Usrishtey.com, including SMS permission for authenticating mobile verification wand transactions via OTP, sent by the Payment Gateway. This permission covers emails, texts, and phone calls about phone number verification, matchmaking advertising, matchmaking inquiries, and promotions, among other things.
• You may not advertise to, or solicit other Members to buy or sell any items or services using the Service, save for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matching reasons.
• You certify that the Content and information submitted by you, including personal information, are correct and accurate. If you're making a profile on behalf of a friend, sibling, or kid, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization from the individual whose profile you're creating on Usrishtey.com. Impersonation is a crime that is penalized by a number of laws.
• You promise that you will not use the Services or platforms to harass other members.
• You will not send any spam or chain mails to other Usrishtey.com members. Although Usrishtey.com cannot monitor its Members' behaviour outside of the Usrishtey.com Site, it is also against the rules to use any information obtained from other members to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.
• Usrishtey.com maintains the right to filter communications/advertisements sent to other Members and to regulate the same by removing unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time and without prior notification to any Member.
• Usrishtey.com Members who subscribe to the Usrishtey.com Select Service indicate that they have read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them unconditionally and irrevocably.

Security Related to the Account

You are entirely responsible for any actions that occur under your account and for maintaining the secrecy of the login credentials you specify during the registration process. Make sure to log out of your account at the conclusion of each session. You undertake to alert us immediately of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account, as well as any other security breach. 

Members ineligible to use it for Commercial Purpose

The Site is for individual members' personal use to market and promote their profiles in order to generate acceptance from appropriate matches, and it cannot be used for commercial purposes. This includes giving connections to other websites, whether or not they are considered competitors to usrishtey.com. Organizations, corporations, and/or enterprises are not eligible to join usrishtey.com and should not utilize the service or site for any reason. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including illegal framing or linking to the Site, will be investigated, and necessary legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive remedy, will be pursued.

Illegal or Prohibited Content

Following contents are included in the list of prohibited or illegal content-

• provides material that sexually or violently exploits anyone under the age of 18 or solicits personal information from anybody under the age of 18;
• Content that encourages racism, discrimination, violence, or physical harm of any type against any group or individual 
• promotes false, misleading, or unlawful information, activities, or behaviour that is abusive, defamatory, threatening, or obscene
• presents any form of pornographic or sexually explicit stuff;
• harasses or encourages another person to be harassed;
• features password-protected pages, as well as hidden pages or pictures (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other users for commercial or criminal purposes
• provides instruction on illegal activities such as producing or purchasing illegal weapons, invading someone's privacy, or distributing or developing computer viruses;
• In its sole discretion, usrishtey.com shall investigate and take necessary legal action against anyone who breaches this Agreement, including, without limitation, deleting the offending communication/Content from the Service and terminating such violators' Membership without a refund.

Contents Displayed on the Website

• You hereby grant to usrishtey.com the unconditional and irrevocable right and licence to use, store, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display such Content on the Site and to members of usrishtey.com community site(s) from time to time with respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site, including but not limited to your contact details.
• Usrishtey.com has the right to independently verify the authenticity of any Content uploaded on the Site. Usrishtey.com may require you to produce any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you publish on the Site in order to exercise this right. If you fail to show such proof to usrishtey.com's satisfaction, usrishtey.com reserves the right to cancel your Membership without reimbursement.
• You fully permit usrishtey.com to use, publish, and display your images and testimonies on the Site by submitting your success story.
• You understand and agree that usrishtey.com has the right to remove any listing, content, communication, photos, or profiles (collectively, "Content") that, in usrishtey.com's sole discretion, violate this Agreement or are offensive, illegal, or threaten the rights, harm, or safety of either usrishtey.com or its Members.
• You understand and agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to usrishtey.com, is solely the responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and is solely at the member's/risk person's and responsibility. This implies that all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make accessible over the Service is totally your responsibility (and not usrishtey.com's). Usrishtey.com has no control over the Content submitted through the Service and, as a result, cannot guarantee its correctness, integrity, or quality. We strongly advise all Users to independently verify the content/information posted by other members before acting on it, and Usrishtey.com will not be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
• Telephone numbers, street locations, URLs, and email addresses are not permitted in your Member profile, which is accessible to other members.
• You must comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations when using the usrishtey.com Service.

Communication with Other Members

You are completely responsible for your advertising and conversations with other members of usrishtey.com. Usrishtey.com maintains the right to monitor conflicts between you and other Members, but does not have to do so. In addition, usrishtey.com maintains the right to take necessary measures against disobedient members. Usrishtey.com, on the other hand, is not obligated to disclose such information with other members, including complainants. Usrishtey.com explicitly disclaims any duty or liability for any inter-member transactions or interactions.

Copyright Policy

You must seek the prior written approval of the owner of any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information before posting, distributing, or reproducing it in any way. If you find any of the work that has been posted on the usrishtey.com service is in a way that it leads to copyright infringement you can provide us with the following-

• Copyright work that has been infringed
• Description where it is located on usrishtey.com
• Your address, telephone number and email address

Claims of copyright infringement can be reported to us in writing at the address shown in the site's Help/Contact section.

Disclaimers

• Usrishtey.com is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of User and/or Member communications, or any communications by usrishtey.com to its Members.
• The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) by or via "Usrishtey.com" is not a marital offer and/or suggestion by or through Usrishtey.com. Usrishtey.com will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by any individual as a result of or subsequent to any relationships (including but not limited to marital relationships) formed as a result of using the Usrishtey.com service.
• Usrishtey.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players as a result of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from the Usrishtey.com.
• Usrishtey.com is not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listings posted on the Site or in connection with the Usrishtey.com Service, whether caused by Users, Members, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Service, nor for the online or offline conduct of any User and/or Member of the Usrishtey.com Service.
• Usrishtey.com explicitly disclaims any and all liability or responsibility for any Content/listing placed on the Site / made accessible to Usrishtey.com by any Members, users of the Site, or any other third party.
• All liability, whether civil or criminal, arising out of any Content Posted on the Site is the responsibility of the Member / user / third party who Posted such Content, and Usrishtey.com reserves the right to seek damages from such Member / user / third party for any damages it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site. Usrishtey.com claims no ownership of the Content you submit or make available for use on the Service.
• Usrishtey.com disclaims all responsibility and liability for any unlawful Content placed on the Site by Members, users, or any other third parties.
• Usrishtey.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a consequence of anyone's use of the Site, Service, or any Content posted on the Usrishtey.com Site or communicated to Usrishtey.com Members. You should not offer financial information (such as credit card or bank account numbers) to other Members, nor should you pay money to them.

Others

You accept to receive some particular emails from Usrishtey.com and/or its group sites by becoming a Member of the Usrishtey.com service. You can easily and swiftly unsubscribe at any time for any reason by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in the email. You may also use the My Alert Manager feature to manage your subscription to these emails.

The entire agreement between you and Usrishtey.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service is contained in this Agreement, which you acknowledged upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Usrishtey.com service. The remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect if any term of this Agreement is found to be invalid.

You absolutely and irreversibly declare that you have read and understand the foregoing rules and agree to abide by them by becoming a member of Usrishtey.com and/or using the Site's Services. Please do not register on the Site if you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions listed above.
